Gacoflex Roof Coating – Application
We are doing a Gac0 roof coating in Fort Collins for Cottonwood Condominium Association on Matthews street.
Gacoflex is a cleanable solvent-free silicone coating. It maintains significantly higher whiteness and solar reflectivity than other silicones.
It is used as a maintenance coating system over pre-existing elastometric roof coatings, metal roofs, built-up roofing, mineral cap sheet and weather single ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC).
When properly applied, the coating system provides a seamless weather-tight seal that protects the substrate from degradation caused by ultraviolet light, water and other normal weathering hazards.
This is John applying the coating over the condominium’s existing liner. John is a certified Gacoflex installer.
